Rooms are available for groups of researchers who would like to organize a workshop/specific meeting on October 9th, preferrably morning. If you wish to organize such a meeting, please contact the organizers (emails). In your email, you should describe the scope, expected size and the goal of your workshop/meeting.

We wish to promote a small event about arts in science by displaying illustrations (pictures, drawings etc…). If you are interested, please indicate below the size of your proposed illustration. Illustrations have to be brought by the participants and will not be printed by the Conference organization.

As we wish to contribute to the training of young researchers, we will try to encourage their participation.
